Step 1: Sign Up

First time users can sign-up for free.

Step 2: Create Payer Account

The Payer is the entity issuing the 1099 form.

Step 3: Create Recipient Account

Recipient is the business or individual receiving the form.

Step 4: Select Form Type

Select the form type you want to create.

Step 5: Create a Form

Select Payer and Recipient from the drop-down list, enter amounts, and save.
